We never collect or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, on Paddle's own checkout pages. We use your data only to operate PracExam: authenticating you, saving and displaying your study progress, managing your trial and subscription, sending transactional emails (e.g., sign-in, receipts, cancellation confirmations), preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations. - Account and study data: retained while your account exists; deleted or anonymized after account deletion, except where retention is legally required. 계정·학습 데이터: 계정 존속 기간 동안 보유하며, 계정 삭제 시 법적 보존 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 삭제 또는 익명화합니다.
- Raw billing event payloads received from Paddle: retained for up to 12 months for dispute resolution and reconciliation, then deleted; minimal transaction identifiers may be kept longer for accounting and legal compliance.
