PracExam ("PracExam", "we", "us") is an online study service for the IRS Special Enrollment Examination (the Enrolled Agent or "EA" exam), operated at pracexam.com. PracExam is a registered Fictitious Business Name (DBA) of dxd investment group LLC, San Diego County, California, USA. You can contact us at [email protected]. PracExam("프랙이그잼", "당사")은 미국 IRS EA(Enrolled Agent) 자격시험(SEE) 대비 온라인 학습 서비스로, pracexam.com에서 운영됩니다. PracExam은 미국 캘리포니아 샌디에이고 카운티에 등록된 dxd investment group LLC의 가상 사업명(DBA)입니다. 문의: [email protected]

2. Acceptance of these Terms2. 약관의 동의

By creating an account or using PracExam, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. 계정을 생성하거나 PracExam을 이용하면 본 이용약관, 개인정보처리방침 및 환불정책에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오. 구독 결제는 만 18세 이상(또는 거주 지역의 성년 연령 이상)만 가능합니다.

3. The service3. 서비스 내용

PracExam provides a practice question bank with bilingual (Korean/English) explanations, study statistics, and related learning tools for the EA exam. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial study use only. PracExam은 EA 시험 대비 문제은행(한/영 이중언어 해설), 학습 통계 및 관련 학습 도구를 제공합니다. 콘텐츠는 개인적·비상업적 학습 용도로만 제공됩니다.

4. Free trial4. 무료 체험

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with a limited number of practice questions per day (currently 5 per day in Quick mode). No payment method is required for the trial. We may adjust trial limits prospectively at any time. 신규 계정에는 30일 무료 체험이 제공되며, 체험 기간 중에는 하루 문제 수가 제한됩니다(현재 Quick 모드 하루 5문제). 체험에는 결제 수단 등록이 필요하지 않습니다. 체험 조건은 장래를 향하여 변경될 수 있습니다.

5. Subscription, billing, and payment processing5. 구독·결제

• Full access is provided through a monthly subscription of US $29 per month (plus any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout). 전체 이용 권한은 월 US $29(결제 화면에 표시되는 관련 세금 별도)의 월 구독으로 제공됩니다.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and no further charges are made after cancellation. 구독은 해지 전까지 매월 자동 갱신·자동 결제됩니다. 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 이미 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용이 유지되고 이후 추가 결제는 발생하지 않습니다.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. Your card statement may show Paddle as the merchant. We never receive or store your card details. 결제는 당사의 온라인 리셀러이자 등록판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle.com이 처리합니다. 결제 관련 고객 문의와 판매세/부가세 처리는 Paddle이 담당하며, 카드 명세서에 Paddle이 판매자로 표기될 수 있습니다. 당사는 카드 정보를 수신·저장하지 않습니다.
• Prices may change; any change will be notified in advance and applies only to subsequent billing periods. 가격은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전 고지하고 이후 결제 주기부터 적용합니다.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee). In short: you may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge. 환불은 환불정책(결제 후 14일 환불)에 따릅니다. 요약: 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. Your account and acceptable use7. 계정 및 이용 규칙

• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or allow others to use your access. 계정은 본인 전용입니다. 로그인 정보를 공유하거나 타인에게 이용 권한을 제공하지 마십시오.
• You may not copy, scrape, extract, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the question bank or explanations, in whole or in part, whether manually or through automated means. 문제은행 및 해설의 전부 또는 일부를 수동·자동 수단을 불문하고 복제, 스크래핑, 추출, 재배포, 재판매, 공개 게시할 수 없습니다.
• You may not attempt to bypass access controls, trial limits, or payment requirements, or interfere with the operation of the service. 접근 통제, 체험 제한, 결제 요건을 우회하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하려는 시도를 할 수 없습니다.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including automated bulk access or content extraction. 자동화된 대량 접근·콘텐츠 추출 등 본 약관 위반 시 계정이 정지 또는 해지될 수 있으며,

8. Intellectual property8. 지식재산권

All questions, explanations, software, and design elements of PracExam are owned by dxd investment group LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Subscribing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study while your access is active. PracExam의 모든 문제, 해설, 소프트웨어, 디자인 요소는 dxd investment group LLC 또는 그 라이선서의 자산이며 저작권 등 관련 법의 보호를 받습니다. 구독은 이용 기간 동안 개인 학습 목적의 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가 라이선스를 부여할 뿐입니다.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability9. 보증의 부인 및 책임 제한

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Study content is prepared with care but may contain errors, and tax law changes over time; the service is not tax, legal, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 학습 콘텐츠는 주의를 기울여 제작되지만 오류가 있을 수 있고 세법은 수시로 변경되며, 본 서비스는 세무·법률·전문 자문이 아닙니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 서비스와 관련한 당사의 총 책임은 청구 발생 전 3개월간 귀하가 지불한 금액을 한도로 하며, 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 본 조항은 관련 법상 제한할 수 없는 책임 및 소비자의 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

10. Changes to the service or these Terms10. 서비스·약관의 변경

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. 당사는 서비스와 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 사이트 또는 이메일로 공지하며 상단의 최종 수정일이 갱신됩니다. 변경 발효 후 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. 본 약관은 미국 캘리포니아주 법을 준거법으로 합니다(국제사법 규정 제외). 다만 귀하의 거주국 강행 소비자보호 규정은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
