If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 14 days of that charge (this applies to your first payment and to renewal payments alike). When a refund is issued, paid access ends at that time. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days). 서비스가 만족스럽지 않은 경우, 해당 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 구독 결제 금액의 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다(최초 결제와 갱신 결제 모두 동일하게 적용). 환불이 처리되면 유료 이용 권한은 그 시점에 종료됩니다. 환불은 원 결제 수단으로 반환되며, 소요 기간은 은행/카드사에 따라 다릅니다(통상 영업일 5~10일).

3. Cancelling your subscription3. 구독 해지

You can cancel at any time from the membership section in the app (Settings → Membership) or via the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email. 앱의 멤버십 메뉴(설정 → 멤버십) 또는 Paddle 영수증 이메일의 구독 관리 링크에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period — cancelling does not immediately cut off access you already paid for. 해지 시 이후 자동 갱신이 중단됩니다. 이미 결제한 현재 결제 주기가 끝날 때까지 이용은 유지되며, 해지가 기결제 이용 기간을 즉시 박탈하지 않습니다.
